Samuel R. Cari
Sam was born in Chicago, IL and graduated from Brother Rice High School. He then came to St. Paul, Minnesota to attend St. Thomas College graduating in 1972 with honors in Pre-Law and with a minor in Education. Sam received his Juris Doctor Degree from Wiliam Mitchell College of Law in 1976. He is admitted to practice law in WI, MN and in Federal Court in the Western District of Wisconsin and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Sam has been a St. Croix County Court Commissioner since 1980 and St. Croix County Condemnation Commissioner since 1986. Mr. Cari is also involved in Hudson Rotary Club (past president), Christian Community Home Board of Directors (past president), Hudson Community Fund (president), Board of Directors of Hudson Health Foundation, Board of Directors of Hudson Library Fund. Sam has also been involved with High School and Youth Athletic Boards including the Hudson Benchwarmers Club (past president), Hudson Backcourt Club (past director) and the Senior Class Party (past chair). In addition, Sam is a member of St. Patrick's Church (formerly finance council chair) and the Knights of Columbus (past grand knight). Interests include family, racquet ball, boating and travel.
